Guaranteed Product Warranty

Pion Power stands behind the quality of our products. All Pion Power products are covered by a limited warranty, which includes protection against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Terms by Product Type

Unless otherwise noted, brand new products are covered under the following warranty periods:

Final Sale Items
Final sale products are covered by the same warranty period as listed above, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Refurbished & Open Box Products
Refurbished and open box items are fully functional and have been tested to meet Pion Power’s quality standards. However, they are covered under a limited 90-Day Warranty only. This includes protection against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Free Gift Policy
Free gifts are not covered under any warranty service. This includes all complimentary items received through promotions, sales events, giveaways, or by any other method without proof of purchase. These items are provided as-is and are not eligible for warranty claims

30-Day Return or Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Pion Power offers a 30-day return or exchange policy for all products purchased through our website.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must meet the following criteria

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition (i.e., no signs of use or damaged).
  • Returns or exchanges for some items are only accepted if the packaging is unopened.
  • To process your return or exchange, please provide:
    1. The original receipt or proof of purchase.
    2. The original method of payment (refunds will be issued to the same payment method).
    3. The original packaging, including all items originally included by the manufacturer (manuals, accessories, bonus items, etc.).
    4. You may also be required to provide your name, address, phone number, and a valid government-issued photo ID.

Inspection & Responsibility

All returned products will be subject to an inspection upon receipt. This inspection determines:

  • Whether the product remains in new condition

  • Whether any malfunction is due to an original defect or the result of customer use or misuse

If the product is found to be fully functional and the return is due to a change of mind, the following applies:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • The original shipping fee from the order will not be refunded

Bundle, Bonus, Defective and Free Gifted Items

Returning a Final Sale Item:

Products marked as “Final Sale” are nonrefundable. However, if a “Final Sale” item arrives damaged, defective, unusable, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact Customer Service for an exchange., or materially different from what was ordered, please contact Customer Service for an exchange.

Returning a Bonus Item:

Bonus items, or free gifts, are items included free with certain purchases. To qualify for a refund, both the purchased item and the bonus item must be returned together. Bonus items may only be exchanged if they are found to be defective. All other terms and conditions of Pion Power’s Return and Exchange Policies will apply.

Returning a Bundle Item:

Bundle items are sold as part of a promotional package or combo deal, offering a lower combined price than if purchased individually. If you choose to return one or more items from a bundle, the stand-alone price for the items you wish to keep will be charged, which may be higher than the bundled price. You will receive a refund for the returned items based on their adjusted value. All other terms and conditions of Pion Power’s Return and Exchange Policies will apply.

Returning a Defective Item: 

Defective items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. All returns must include the original packaging, along with any items or accessories that were included by the manufacturer. A return or exchange for items purchased more than 30 days ago may be considered by our support team on a case-by-case basis. The final decision will be at the discretion of the support team.

Free Gifted Item:

  • Eligibility: Free gifts received through events, giveaways, or other promotions are not eligible for refunds, as no money was exchanged at the time of receipt.
  • Warranty Coverage: Free gifts are qualified for the same product warranty as purchased items. Shipping costs will be covered for items that are eligible under warranty coverage.
  • Resale Disclaimer: The warranty does not apply to free gift items that have been resold or transferred ownership, as this falls outside the intended use of the program.
